Intervention-native target discovery
Coming soon
Association engines list proteins linked to disease. CIPHER-AXIS (Adaptive eXploration of Intervention Structures) rewrites the disease mechanism graph: blocking edges, testing node loss, ranking legal interventions, so targets emerge from what would change the system, then flow into CIPHER-SKI for synthesizable chemistry.
Target discovery is still mostly correlation. We treat disease biology as a graph you can edit, rank interventions with the same physics-informed logic we use for molecules, and define targets by what you change, not only by what is co-mentioned in the literature. From mechanism edit to molecule in one stack.
